Just recently I was having trouble with my air conditioning unit; it stopped middle of the day while it was hot and I called Hometown Heating and Air of West Palm Beach. They sent me a technician the same day and provided quality service. I was impressed with their prompt response. Since then my air conditioning unit has been just fine.

The service agent came out to service the AC. Unfortunately for me, I inherited an aged unit full of mold and it needed to be replaced. He answered all my questions and gave options on which route to pursue. The technicians arrived on time and were professional. They laid cardboard down to protect my carpet. Each guy introduced themselves when they came in. The replacement took around 8 hours but I’d much rather it take all day and be correctly installed the first time, then have issues and have to keep calling for repairs. Would recommend.

LOOK NO FURTHER…BEST COMPANY EVER!!!! THEY DESERVE 10 STARS!!!!! Last Sunday our upstairs ac unit blew the condenser line and smoked our entire neighborhood. Luckily, we thought, we have a home warranty. The next day two guys showed up and gave me a 4800.00 estimate to fix my ac and said the warranty company refused the claim due to poor maintenance on our 17 years old system. (AC’s don’t last 17 years if poorly maintained) We called a friend who recommended checking with Mike at Hometown Air. Mike showed up and had the repairs done by the time I got home. He charged $900.00 for time and materials. A week later, our downstairs unit stopped working. My husband called the Agent and by 8:30 this morning, July 4th, He showed up and changed the starting capacitor in 10 minutes. He didn’t charge us a thing. I had an appointment set with Hometown through my warranty service. They had set my appointment for 3 days from today. Our AC went out last night and it was unbearable. I called Hometown early this morning and they were so kind to me. They fit me in for this morning!!! I was so surprised and happy!! My technicians name is Sean. He was an absolute professional. He knew what he was doing and explained to me what the issue was. I was delighted that he gave me several options. Each option had a price that was more than reasonable. My husband and I selected one of the options and they will be returning to do the work sooner than expected. I have to say, I was nervous because you hear so many horror stories. I felt completely at ease and after hearing the different options realized that this company is honest. It was a pleasure having Shawn here today. He was friendly and made sure I understood everything he was telling me. Thank you Hometown! I am so glad to have a AC service company now that I can trust and count on in situations like this or when I need any maintenance done. Thank you Sean for being so great at what you do and a wonderful personality!!

Two servicemen arrived first thing in morning. They were here almost 10 hours installing a new A/C unit, inside and out. The crawl space to my attic is small, which made installation a little more difficult, but they never complained. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable in what they did. My house is wonderfully comfortable now! Would recommend Home Town Heating and Air.
